Yamnuska Photo Gallery

I hereby give Yamnuska Mountain Adventures, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns, unlimited rights to the donated work described above (“the Photos”). Yamnuska shall have the unlimited right to display, reproduce, or use in any manner the Photos, in any form or media through the world, and in perpetuity. Yamnuska shall have the unlimited right to edit, alter, and use all or part of the Photos. This includes the right to make color adjustments, crop, or combine the Photos with other works (such as images and video). Media on which Yamnuska may include the Photos include, but are not limited to, the Yamnuska Program Guide, posters, postcards, brochures and other printed publications, Yamnuska website or any related social networking sites (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Blog), presentations, videos, and any audio-visual or multi-media work prepared by or on behalf of Yamnuska. Moreover, Yamnuska has the right to license others to use the work when in connection with Yamnuska-related projects. Yamnuska will make every effort to credit Photos to you, the photographer, when used in printed materials and on the web. I represent that I am the creator and sole owner of rights to the Photos, that the Photos are original and not in the public domain, and that the Photos contain nothing which is unlawful or which violate any person’s rights. I agree that I will not use the Photos in the future to aid or promote any company or entity in competition with Yamnuska, or aid others in doing so. I hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against Yamnuska relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder. I will indemnify Yamnuska (that is, protect it, including payment of damages and costs, including attorneys fees) from any monetary or other loss it may suffer in the event that these representations are not true. As the creator I retain the right to republish or reuse this media except as prohibited above.
